I am a nurse, childbirth educator, birth worker, yoga teacher, entrepreneur, and creative soul with a love for helping people and giving things new life. My work centers around supporting families, educating and empowering women, and creating meaningful experiences through birth, wellness, and community.

Beyond healthcare, I’m passionate about building businesses rooted in sustainability and creativity — from farm life and flowers to upcycling, resale, and handmade projects. Whether I’m teaching, caring for patients, creating something from thrifted finds, or dreaming up the next idea, I believe in finding beauty and purpose in what already exists: find it, love it, and give it new life.
